Couple of questions about my H50-1

Hi,

 

I have just got my new pc to the stage of sorting out the case fans etc before I put the o/s on.

 

Before I stick the o/s on I have a couple of quick questions:

 

1. If I touch the pipes going from the rad to the pump the flow seems to be much greater on one of them. Is this normal or should the flow be the same?

 

2. The pump emits a buzzing sound which isn't that loud, but should it be making any sort of buzzing sound?
