Psu tx650 rma#1190683

Hello,

 

Few days ago i sent a RMA request to Corsair. And tech support gave me this number #1190683 an.d case number 1712095 . Alright sent it with a carrier with tracking number .

Here is the tracking number : CC503778084FR , you can use it on the carrier website http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.do?language=en_EN

Parcel has been delivered on 25th october.

And according to this link: http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/rma_status.aspx?id=1712095&sec=8854c4720759434097238b8c5 my parts hasn't been received yet.

I sent a message to customer support yesterday, still no answer.

Tell me what can i do now please, i'm kinda in trouble because this psu is from my main development computer.

I got a response from customer support :)

Well i don't know what to think about this.

 

They told me they didn't receive the part yet but they asked me for the tracking number (of course i gave it). And for the part number (i guess it's serial number), but i just sent back the whole thing, i mean the original box, psu of course, cables, didn't think to write down the serial number . I hope they can find my parcel with the tracking number i gave .

 

I can't afford a new psu while waiting this one and it's not like i don't need it. My main computer is a development station, and the computer i use at the moment is a very old laptop, it just can't handle code compilation or server virtualization.

They will get back to you if they have not already, but please let us know what happens.

 

As i told to the customer support, my parcel need a signature to be delivered. That means because the carrier told it has been delivered someone at Corsair in The netherlands put his signature to get it. Still they don't find it :( Waiting for the customer support answer now .

Anyway i may must buy a new PSU because nearly 2 weeks without being able to work and no news about my PSU, it's a big loss in my schedule .

Give it some time is still early morning here, I am sure they will get one sent to you ASAP.

 

Update I just spoke to our customer service they are working on getting you one shipped out. They will send you tracking information as a soon as its available.

Really ? Thanks a lot !

 

Also customer support answered me . They told me they have forwarded my case to Europe customer service and they told me to send a follow up email at (removed per forum rules) but i don't what i should write in the mail actually ? should i explain my case and give all the informations i have ?

Received a mail from tech support. They received my part today (?) .

Also in the mail i could read this : "Please note we are currently experiencing delays with warranty replacement shipments, please allow for an additional 5 business days for processing."

 

5 more buisness days ? that mean i'm gonna be w/o psu for 1 more week ? i'm kinda disappointed.

To contact them, it's the same email adress they gave me ? because i sent the a mail but i still don't have an answer.

 

EDIT: just received a mail from technical support, they going to send me a replacement psu within 1-2 buisness day.

 

Kinda good news to hear, that means i probably get it on thursday / friday of the next week. Waiting for more informations :) but looks good.

I just spoke to customer service and they sent you a email today under case number 1725489 that it was going to ship probably on Monday and they will send you tracking information as soon as its available.

 

Yep, thanks a lot for your support RAM GUY :) waiting for the replacement :) I'm going to update the post after i receive it for a quick review :)
