awsomegn
Hello, I have a set of Corsair cmx1024-3200c2 ram. With no warning my computer would not boot up one day. I have a MB Asus p4c800. I recieved the bsod x8e error code. So I pulled one ram. No boot. I pulled the other ram and installed the first ram No boot. I couldn't believe both rams would be not working so I took some off the shelf cheap ram that was only 256 and the computer boots fine. I then tried to install one ram each again to be sure and the computer would not boot. I think this is pretty much bad ram. Any ideas that I missed? Thanks, Lou
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 27, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 27, 2010 It would be close to impossible that both modules would fail at the same time and if so that would normally suggest there was some external cause, but you can request the RMA from the link on the left and we will be happy to replace them.
