submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply

One of my stick stopped working yesterday .

 

Part number: TR3X6G1866C7GT, I try to tested each stick and found out one stick can not boot into window ,It have same issue when I bring this stick to other system that I 'm sure is good working

 

I submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply

 

My Case number is : 1725402

 

Hope @RAMGUY will help me in this case

The way the address was entered may have delayed the auto approval process, I have sent a message to our customer service to check your case but it will likely take 24-48 hours to straighten it out if what I just did does not resolve it.

That was 1 AM their time. ATM they've only been in the office 6 or so hours (don't forget lunch eheh). Please be patient.
