Zolotaryov
Hello, I use CM2X2048-8500C5DF with Asus P5Q Deluxe(CM2X2048-8500C5DF is supported in QVL). Specs(for memory) in BIOS: DRAM frequence: 1066 Timings: 5-5-5-15 Voltage: 2.1 Also I disabled USB Legasy support. And I`ve got huge number of mistakes in memtest. Attached image: http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/8100/memtest.jpg This errors are caused by one stick of memory. With another stick everything is fine, and with it`s help I wrote this message. I tried to change NB voltage to 1.3, but nothing happens. I live in Russia, Saint-Petersburg. Shipping the modules overseas is not worth it (the modules nowadays cost the same or even less than a shipment fee). Also I am the master student, graduate in July 2011, and i can`t stay for a long time without my PC, because I should work with my master thesis. Is there any other company that can take the responsibility to test and replace those memory modules from Corsair's name in Saint-Petersburg, Russia? Please help me to resolve this issue. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 25, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 25, 2010 What CPU are you using and what are the settings you have set for both CPU and memory? It looks like you have a Q6600 running 1066 FSB? If so please test each module with the tested settings set manually IE DDR1066 at 2.1 Volts 5-5-5-15 and you will need to disable legacy USB when running any memory test on that MB. However if you are using an 800FSB CPU the fastest you can set the memory frequency at DDR800 sorry but that is a limit of the Intel Chipset. My CPU is Q650 (all settings are in auto), with FSB 1333. DDR voltage, timings and frequence is set in accordance with specs of my memory model. USB Legacy support also disabled. I didn`t write about that, but my memory works fine near a year. Sometimes I get periodically BSOD(usually - once a month), but it was not so important for me. And now, I have BSOD every time, then i plug bad memory into motherboard. I attached some significant BIOS photos: http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/7/98433958.jpg http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/5616/30412116.jpg http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/2944/89040170.jpg http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/8341/48488070.jpg
