geekhaven
Im getting this issue on an G73JH-RBBX05 with the i7-720 cpu. It's a laptop and should provide a fairly solid foundation of what is inside it. f120, it disappears from bios after idling for a while and rebooting. Does not crash. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 19, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 19, 2010 This has been reported with some systems and the work around would be to Disable Suspend to RAM and Hybrid Suspend and I would suggest you also disable TRIM until the new firmware is released from Sandforce. And I am sorry there is not ETA at this time for the firmware but we do expect it soon. I would also check the firmware version on your drive and check the driver version your NB Controller is using as well. And check with the NB Manufacturer to see if they have any BIOS updates. geekhaven
I was able to install windows 7 on the drive if I partitioned and formated the drive in linux first. Pain is the **** since I was trying to install a recovery partition.
