gvers Posted October 18, 2010 Share Posted October 18, 2010 Is there any way to contact the customer services in europe and get a reply. I have an RMA 1188085 outstanding. I sent the TX 650 power supply DHL on 05/10 with the label printed from the website and it was Signed for by: RUWAARD on 6/10 @ 9:39. My RMA still says parts not received. I have already sent a request to CS via email giving them the DHL waybill number and asked them to investigate. They forwarded this to the European CS but since then I have heard nothing and am starting to get a little frustrated as it is now 12 days since my PSU was received. Please help.
