Resubmiting my RMA (how?)

I haven't used my RMA since May when i created it. Is it in any danger being out of date?

 

Currently it says:

 

"Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped. Please click here to start a new ticket instead of resubmitting this one."

 

So i want to resubmit my current one but there's no resubmit button of any kind. Or should i just create a new RMA instead?
