thanks but how about the 2k, 4k and 8k reads and writes?

Chris87 gets twice the values I get. I'm a bit concerned about that because that's the most important and heavily used value for SSD's at all.

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm not sure what you mean by him getting twice the values that you get. Your read speeds almost look identical and your write speeds are a little better than his.

I mean the 0,5k to 8k (especially the 4k) part of the benchmark results. I see up to 50% difference or am I wrong?

I apologize I was reading the results wrong as I thought the later results were the 4k and 8k tests.

The difference in results is probably just system variance. It depends if your OS is installed to the drive, how much you have used the drive, and what controller you're using. Your performance steadies out to the 250-275 MB/sec range so your drive is within spec. I don't think there is much you can do about it to get it any better.

Can system variance really cause %50 difference in 4k results? We both have non-Intel systems and I'm using AMD 870 + SB850 chipset (motherboard is Asus).

Chris87 has only stated 64bit OS, I use Win7 64bit Ultimate - could even be the same as his.

My >16k results are within the specs but the 0,5k to 8k are too low I think, compared to other user. I don't really know what to do I mean these reads and writes are the most important and most often used ones.
