As long as your MSI mobo is built to AMD's specs this memory should function fine. You should note from the link below that the timings are 9-9-9-24 @ 1.9V for 2000 MHz. with a dual core CPU. Considering that AMD only supports up to 1333 MHz. RAM frequencies, your system may not be able to run this memory at 2000 MHz. even with a higher voltage?

It might? No one knows until you test your PC. When you OC there are no guarantees as my signature explains. For you to be able to run the RAM at 2000 MHz. everything in your PC - CPU/Mobo/RAM/PSU/VID/etc. needs to play nice at that frequency. Otherwise you'll be limited by the stability of the least capable component.
