mp2169
I just got in an AX750 PSU purchased through Tiger Direct. I installed it in my system, and made sure all the cable I used were seated correctly. I hooked the power cable, turned on the power and nothing. As suggested in this forum I ran a power test using the paper clip and fan nothing. after several attempts I went back to previous PSU a Corsair TX 750 and everything stated right up. Now can someone advise me as to any further test I can do to if see it the AX 750 was just DOA. However, should I just ask for an RMA from Tiger Direct and replace it with HX750 model. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 18, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 18, 2010 If you have another PSU working in place of the AX750 then lets get that unit replaced. You can do it with your reseller, or directly through us by Requesting an RMA.
