SSD and Mac?

I'm loving my F60 in my windows gaming PC, so I think I'll get one for my macbook pro (mid 2009 13 inch). I have a couple of questions though:

1. I know TRIM isn't supported, but should idle garbage collection work? Would leaving the laptop on idle constantly compensate for the lack of TRIM?

2. Should wake up and sleep work properly? ie opening / closing the lid.

3. Any issues with drivers? Should everything just work?

4. Is there any need for the sudden motion sensor with the SSD installed?

1. TRIM is coming though, They added it to 10.6.4 it just hasnt been activated yet, Yeah the SandForce drives do a fine job at GC, Youll just want to Re-Install OS X after about 6 mos or so. Depends on how much you use it really

2. I would Disable Sleep with a Corsair Force drive in Mac

3. No drivers needed, Everything "should" work just fine

4. Youll want to Disable the motion sensor, I cant recall the terminal commands to do that, its on the net though

Sleep works fine, but hibernate (which happens only when you sleep so long the battery runs out) does not. Not usually a problem.

Hibernate can also be completely disabled with "pmset -a hibernatemode 0".

Except for that, everything is just hunky dory :-)
