RMA for CMX6GX3M3C1600C7

I have been trying to get a RMA for the past week. Read other forum messages that say it takes about 2 days, but have had no response from the RMA Express, other than the robo email. I have read most of the forum help suggestions on how to fix my problem. Seems that they do not apply to my problem. I have since bought another 6 gig kit of the same model number, that fixed my problem. I would like to get A RMA number on the old kit. Since the old kit did not report 6 gig of ram but 4 gigs. Case number for the old kit is : 16878847 applied for on 10-05-10,10-07-10 have applied for mutilple times.

Thanks for any help with this matter.

Your RMA was issued yesterday, I have resent it to you just in case you did not get it.


The issue was that every day or so you kept coming back in and updating your request, in doing that you then moved your request to the day of the last request. Your first request was on Sunday the 3rd then again on Tuesday the 5th then again on the 7th, 8th and 9th.

I am sorry but that is why your request was over looked. And you are not alone it happens and I am posting this more for others who may do the same thing. Just please remember our Hours are Monday Through Friday Excluding Holidays 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time. And on Mondays we are behind because of the weekend. So sometimes it takes 2-3 Business Days before you may actually get a reply depending on the time of your actual request.
