kit0515
Just got my Corsair 600T the other day and installed WC and stuff in it. Replaced the top 200mm fan with 2 - 120mm with 2000rpm/88CFM (at max) fans. With the top grill on, the tight proximity between the 2 fans and the grill would create so much turbulence that its extremely noisy; not the mention the resonance from the 2 fans... The instant you take off the top grill the noise level just drop like mad!! Gonna switch to some noctua fans hoping that those fan will solve the noise problem. All in all the case was awesome easy to install my WC with no problem. Will post some pics soon...
Qqu
Most of the noise ppl complain about from high CFM fans comes from the air either being push against or sucked in though the mesh of the case. I personally would prefer cases coming with the fan holes completely cut out so I dont have to do it myself. I have 2 220 CFM Deltas and because I cut out the mesh and installed a basic fan grill. You know they are on but the sound is not out of hand
