CMD8GX3M4A1333C7 won't do 1610mhz?

The memory that you are using is only rated to run 1333 MHz. 7-7-7-20 @ 1.6V. Your socket AM3 CPU is only guaranteed to run RAM at 1333 MHz. To run higher frequencies you will likely need to alter the BIOS settings. As my signature suggests there is NO guarantee that your system will run at higher than OE specs but it might with the proper settings. You could try 9-9-9-27 2T @ 1600 MHz. or similar but you may also need voltage tweaks.
