Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 15, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 15, 2010 Please try the update but if it will not update the only way to have it updated would be to RMA the drive.
kreuznacher
I have this same drive, but I'm not sure what bios I have installed or how to test which bios I have now. Is this drive a P or X series? Not really sure where to look for updated bios. I looked at the picture that was posted of the drive and this is the same one. I got mine from Frys Electronics. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. kreuznacher
Thank you, I think I'm current on Firmware now according to what I could find in the forum. Another question. Does this drive support SATA/600? I just ran CrystalDiskInfo and saw that it was running SATA/300. My data drive runs SATA/600, but is a regular 7200 RPM HD. I have this connected to the SATA 6GB connecter directly on my Asus P8P67 Pro board. http://kiene.com/images/ssd.gif
