H50 Mounting Bracket?

ok. Thanks for helping out. I really dont know how im going to pay for 5 buck shipping. Wish i could just prove them i own one and claim it on my warrenty and get it for free or somthing........

 

The brackets are still free. We don't charge for them but you will need to pay shipping regardless. In the case of a warranty, you would still be responsible for shipping.

omg. They wont help me at all. what horrible support. ALL I WANT IS A BRACKET....QQ.....

 

 

UPDATE:

After on the phone the same lady saying sorry i cant help you with ordering. i will forward a letter to the person in charge of sales in 1 business week and i called back, did a automated survey.

 

They called me back saying that sorry for the bad timing on the bracket going out of stock and he asked for my address and he said "guess what, imma ship it to you for free. sorry man. What bad timing to order one"!

 

So i LOVE the support. it was just shady at the start

Well im really angry now. Cause i have been trying to call or get an email from a response from at least sombody and i get nothing! Some person called back once and said that it was shipped and gave me a tracking number and said it would be at my door step this monday. WEll i try to use the tracking number and its invalid. I try to call back and get a new one or email and i get nothing. Is it to much to ask for a h50 mounting bracket? I really cant use the 100 dollar product that i paid for without it...........I thought the support was good for giving me a bracket but after a week with no response? I might just return my corsair stuff to newegg and use another company.......

So two weeks ago i asked for a h50 mounting bracket kit and i havent got any response or help over the phone or email. Ive sent about 5 emails. Ive only got one back saying that they will ship out one and to call support.

When i call support they say they cant do anything about the subject and they will send a message to the online store manager person. Well i havent got any calls back or emails back. And i called three times getting the same answer.

The last time i called a man said that it would be on my door step today and it wasnt.

How come everyone else gets great support and i get absolutely none?

I think they have a main goal looking out for paying customers first... and spiting your plug out over a thread will not help anything..

Have you just thought about asking the admin NICELY if they could help you out instead of ranting...:cool:
