We don't charge for them but you will need to pay shipping regardless. In the case of a warranty, you would still be responsible for shipping. UPDATE: After on the phone the same lady saying sorry i cant help you with ordering. i will forward a letter to the person in charge of sales in 1 business week and i called back, did a automated survey. They called me back saying that sorry for the bad timing on the bracket going out of stock and he asked for my address and he said "guess what, imma ship it to you for free. sorry man. Cause i have been trying to call or get an email from a response from at least sombody and i get nothing! Some person called back once and said that it was shipped and gave me a tracking number and said it would be at my door step this monday. WEll i try to use the tracking number and its invalid. I try to call back and get a new one or email and i get nothing. Is it to much to ask for a h50 mounting bracket? I really cant use the 100 dollar product that i paid for without it...........I thought the support was good for giving me a bracket but after a week with no response? Ive sent about 5 emails. Ive only got one back saying that they will ship out one and to call support. When i call support they say they cant do anything about the subject and they will send a message to the online store manager person. Well i havent got any calls back or emails back. And i called three times getting the same answer. The last time i called a man said that it would be on my door step today and it wasnt.
