Lollies
I received my 600T from NewEgg a few days ago but did not have time till over the weekend to renew my previous build from 2 years ago. I bought the Corsair AX 850 PSU, Corsair 600T, Corsair H70, 2x Lite-On DvD-Drives, and a Aero Cool Touch 1000. Which is being changed/added from: Case: ******** M9 VI1000BWS Mid-Tower CPU: (Quad-Core) Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 @ 3.00GHz 1333FSB 12MB L2 Cache 64-bit CD: LG 20X DVD R/RW + CD-R/RW Drive Dual Layer CD2: 16X DVD Rom FlashMedia: Internal 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer Fan: ******** V1 CPU Cooler HDD: Raid-0 10,000 RPM 2 WD Velociraptor's Motherboard:Asus Striker II Formula nForce 780i SLI Mainboard Memory: 8G Corsair Dominator DDR2 Network: Intel Pro gigabite 10/100/1000 Network Card PowerSupply:1,000 Watts Power Supply ******** Tough Power Sound: Creative Labs X-FI XtremeGamer 24-Bit PCI Sound Card Display: Silverstone eudemon sst-fp52 LCD Display (This thing blows) Video: Nvidia 9800 GX2 1GB 16x PCI Express So far I've been liking the case but the AeroCool Touch 1000 I ordered I have not been able to figure out how/if you can mount it in one of the drive bays. I wanted to do a whole new build but I am trying to conserve the money since my cpu and such do not necessarily need upgrades. Can the AeroCool Touch 1000 be mounted? I know its redundant to have 2 fan controllers since the 600T has one already but I have always had a lcd temp display and that is what it would be used for. Thanks for the help in advance! I'm gunna stop my rebuilding till I figure this out.
FlawlessSoul
You should be able to remove the plastic drive clips and mount the Touch 1000 using standard screw holes - I expect that the 600T has them like the 700D/800D.

The only one I could fine that lined up so that it fit properly was on the back side of the case with the motherboard cut out. The front side with the tool less nounting bracket had a hole but did not line up with anything. The product was deactived on newegg so dono how returning it would work out otherwise. Besides that I have a cd writer and reader that have yet to go in plus all the easier components to install, memory, gpu, etc... I tried removing the drive clips but I didn't wanna break anything, how would I go about doing so? Not much info came with the 600t besides a diagram
FlawlessSoul
Honestly not sure, on the 600T. On the 700D/800D its a small metal retaining tab.

I have not seen the 800D series in person but it sounds like they used the same system. It just a tab that says, "Push" when a drive is in the bay to release it. Guest shaf
Hi, I recently bought the 600t and enjoyed building my system in it. I don't know if I understand your problem correctly but if you are having trouble removing the black clips on the case where the drives go then I had the same issue. They remove from the inside the case, and unclip it and push out. There are two clips on the inside. I hope this helps.

I was talking about the four clips that hold the cd roms in the drive bay slots. My dad actually figure it out last night. He noticed there was a cut out at the top of the bracket so when you apply pressure it pops out of the hole which holds the top of the bracket in then you can remove the bottom one. I was able to install the Aero Cool Touch-1000, now I just have to figure out how I should configure the fans in the case. I have come across some other questions though. I also got a USB 2.0 Internal 3.5" Card Reader, anyway to make it fit since there is no cut out for it? Where would be the best place to attach the heat sensor on a Corsair H70 CPU cooler? Those are the two main questions I have now at the moment.
