shadowman007 Posted September 30, 2010 Share Posted September 30, 2010 Power Supply : Corsair TX850W Ok here's the thing the power supply turns on ok when I press the power button on the PC Case but the button on the back of the power supply it self that has a 0 and 1 on it when I press down 0 the power supply does not turn off doesn't matter if i press it up or down power supply stays on only when i shut the computer down via Windows start menu the power supply turns off I mean is this safe ? what could be the problem ? You can request an RMA directly through Corsair and once you ge the RMA number, contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com if you would like to get more information regarding the RMA or the RMA process.
