Dwarf_fr
Hi, I read that TR3X6G1600C8D and CMD4GX3M2A1600C have the same specifications. So, i think that i can use 1 memory from TR3X6G1600C8D (juste 2 Go) with the 2 memories CMD4GX3M2A1600C (4Go), isn't it ? And what are the difference between CMD4GX3M2A1600C8 and CMD4GX3M2A1600C8 ? Thanks for all. Dwarf_fr..

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 30, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 30, 2010 There may be some minor differences however the CMP has the 5 pin connector for accessories such as the Airflow Pro. http://www.corsair.com/products/airflowpro/default.aspx
Wired
Note that it's never recommended to mix memory that wasn't tested together.

Wired
There is no way to guarantee that, but yes, it's possible. There's 9 versions of each part number, each with different ICs. Mixing ICs will only increase possible compatibility issues.
