I live in the UK and sent the product out at 17/09/2010, I also have the reciept of postage too. Now unfortunately the RMA still states "Defective Parts Not Yet Received" RMA Number 1182731. So can somone give me an idea on what I should do next? Can somone give me an estimate on how long it will take for me to receive my item? If so then please contact our customer service and they can check that for you. P.S. The bad news is it seems that you still haven't sent out the replacement. RAMGUY.. can you try and push this along please? its a simple problem with the memory stick, it just came out of its rubber slip and only needs some glue.
