RMA "Defective Parts Not Yet Received"

Hello,

 

I recently set up an RMA to post an 8GB Flash Voyager Flash Drive. I live in the UK and sent the product out at 17/09/2010, I also have the reciept of postage too. Now unfortunately the RMA still states "Defective Parts Not Yet Received" RMA Number 1182731.

 

So can somone give me an idea on what I should do next? Can somone give me an estimate on how long it will take for me to receive my item? If it will take a long time I may aswell buy another one for Uni.

According to our system your RMA has not been received, who did you use the ship the drive to us and do you have tracking information that shows it was received? If so then please contact our customer service and they can check that for you.

 

P.S. I did send them a message for you but that is about all I can do from Tech support, again its best if you contact them directly.

The good news, the package finally managed to get to you guys a few days ago!

 

The bad news is it seems that you still haven't sent out the replacement. RAMGUY.. can you try and push this along please? its a simple problem with the memory stick, it just came out of its rubber slip and only needs some glue.

Its my university memory stick, if it doesn't get back to me in a few days ill have to buy a new memory stick :(
