Sorry but no you would need to use a set with 2.0 Gig modules.

CMX8GX3M4A1333C9

Thanks for the reply, but can you tell me why, because this mobo is Dual Channel, support 1333mhz. You already know but look the specs:

-Memory

4 x240-pin DIMM, Max. 16 GB, DDR3 1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory

Dual Channel memory architecture

* Supports one DIMM per channel only when overclocking to 1600MHz.

-System Requirements of CMX8GX3M2A1333C9

Designed for use with all DDR3 motherboards with two memory channels

I'm just curious why doesnt work. Thanks for the help.

You are welcome to try it but the information we have for that MB suggest it will only support up to 8 Gig max 4 X 2.0 Gig. I would suggest you confirm that with the MB manufacturer to be sure its not a mistake.

Your MB is slightly different in that it will only supprt memory made with 64 X 8 memory IC's and all of the 2 Gig modules currently in production will use 256 X8 or 512M X 8 Memory IC's so I am sorry but 2.0 Gig modules will not work with your MB only 1.0 Gig modules that are 16 Memory IC's made with 64 X 8 will work on that MB. But I would check with the system or MB maker for a list of compatible memory.
