dza360
My system currently is built around an NVIDIA nForce 680i with 4 slots for memory. In the 0 and 1 slot (so there not adjacent) I have 2 x 1GB CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Memory Model TWIN2X2048-6400 I own but have not installed 2 x 2GB CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-6400C5C Is it best to install the two sticks of 2GB in the 0 and 1 slots and the two sticks of 1 GB in the 2 and 4 slots? Should they be installed in a different order? Will I have any issues with using sticks of 2GB and 1GB at the same time to make my system 6GB? Or should I just stick with 2x2GB alone? Thanks for any help.
Wired
Definitely could have issues. Stick with only the 4 GB kit.
