nikko2028777
Hello, And i already have a small issue :/ Maybe you could help me. I explain you what i've done. First, it was impossible with the auto configuration to install the OS -> Freeze after 10 seconds. I did some tests and finallly i set the memory with another frequency -> 800Mhz. And like this i was able to install Windows. Now the OS is installed and work perfectly (some 3dmarks and superpi testing). If i try to set the memory with the right value (certified 1333 with 1.6v) i have the same issue. After 10 seconds the pc freezed. I tried to raise the Volt to 1.65 but i don't want to make a mistake and maybe it's not the problem. If you have some ideas and can help me i would appreciate. If you need more details just tell me, and i hope it's clear my english is not the best! Thanks.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 23, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 23, 2010 Make sure the timings are set to 9-9-9-24-2T and the memory voltage to 1.6-1.65v. You may also want to updating to the latest bios as well. If the issues continue see if you can narrow it down to a single module causing the issues. Good afternoon, I set the parameters manually and it's still the same :/ If i try to make a memtest with the 1333 frequency the computer freez every time after 5 seconds. With the memory at 1066 it's ok i can run the test but i have no error reported from memtest. I have the latest bios from msi, i will try now with only one module. Thanks again for your help. Maybe i should try MSI Support also ?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 30, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 30, 2010 Let us know what happens at 1333MHz with each single module. We can try replacing the memory as well.
