Freeze with TW3X4G1333C9DHX at 1333

Hello,

And i already have a small issue :/

Maybe you could help me. I explain you what i've done.

First, it was impossible with the auto configuration to install the OS -> Freeze after 10 seconds.

I did some tests and finallly i set the memory with another frequency -> 800Mhz. And like this i was able to install Windows.

Now the OS is installed and work perfectly (some 3dmarks and superpi testing).

If i try to set the memory with the right value (certified 1333 with 1.6v) i have the same issue. After 10 seconds the pc freezed.

I tried to raise the Volt to 1.65 but i don't want to make a mistake and maybe it's not the problem.

If you have some ideas and can help me i would appreciate.

If you need more details just tell me, and i hope it's clear my english is not the best!

Thanks.

Make sure the timings are set to 9-9-9-24-2T and the memory voltage to 1.6-1.65v. You may also want to updating to the latest bios as well. If the issues continue see if you can narrow it down to a single module causing the issues.

Good afternoon,

I set the parameters manually and it's still the same :/

If i try to make a memtest with the 1333 frequency the computer freez every time after 5 seconds.

With the memory at 1066 it's ok i can run the test but i have no error reported from memtest.

I have the latest bios from msi, i will try now with only one module.

Thanks again for your help.

Maybe i should try MSI Support also ?

Let us know what happens at 1333MHz with each single module. We can try replacing the memory as well.

Good afternoon Ram Guy ^^

I tested it today with only one module and it's still the same issue.

At 1333 the pc is totally freezed :/

I have some issues at 1066 and it's fine at 800 but it's not the point ^^'

I think i have to open a RMA for this T.T i hope corsair support is fast, because i don't have DDR3 modules :/

Thank you again for your help.
