rwpt721 Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 Hi, i just got my rma number and i was told i would have to send in both sticks to get a replacement . thing is one works fine but the other doesnt. if i send in both sticks my pc will be down until they return . do i have to send in both or can i just send back the defective stick? thanks.
