HORNO
Hello! So, it looks like I have the "buzzing wasp" syndrome in my AX1200. I read the "Noisy PSU" sticky and did disable C1E and EIST which did alleviate most of the noise, BUT it is still making the noise on graphic intensive programs. In Furmark it literally sounds like a WWII air raid siren when the test is running. What are the steps I need to do to fix the issue with the video card? Thank you in advance for any help and advice! HORNO
Mummy: This is my first build... brand new build and I don't have another video card. The MB chipset driver are the latest as well as the BIOS. I am absolutely sure it's coming from the PSU... I put my ear right up to it and it is for sure coming from it. Mummy
HORNO: I did mean different videocard driver and not different videocard. ..sry my english :o: Newest ones isnt allways bestones, so try some older ones too, that should work on your system. If i memeber correct, tehere is mention of drivers beeing reson for noice comeing from PSU, in that "Noicy PSU Sticky" and thats why they mention to try it in "safe mode", but that Furmark dont work under it, so thats why you should, ruleout drivers your self.
