floydcm
The issue we have been experiencing is that under heavy work loads the system will "freeze" or "Hang" if you will. it does not BSOD or restart. It just locks up. This will usually happen when Rendering large video files. However it will hang sometimes for no reason at all for instance I left the computer on over night and came in this AM and it was frozen I have run Memtest and all dimms pass. I've updated Bios to the most current. Could one of the sticks still be bad? Thank you for the help in advance. floydcm
I will try that Monday when I get back in the office. Any other things I might check prior to testing each stick? Thanks again.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 21, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 21, 2010 You may need to raise the voltage slightly to the memory to about 1.6v and see if that helps.
