WOLF
Dear Corsair Staff. I was looking a little bit closer on my computer components specifications through CPU-Z v1.55 Report. There I found something regarding my Corsair Dominator GT 12GB (6x2GB) Kit (CMT12GX3M6A1866C9). The Manufacturer ID on 4 memory modules have the ID 7F7F9E0000000000, 1 memory module ID 7F7FCE0000000000 and 1 memory module ID 7F7F270000000000 in a total of 6 memory modules. Sorry if I'm wrong but I wonder why do they have different ID numbers when It Is a kit of memory modules, shouldn't they have the same manufacturer ID then? Sincerely, WOLF. http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/standart/thank_you2.gif
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 15, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 15, 2010 Have you checked with the SPD tabs to see if they all are programmed to the same SPD?
WOLF
Dear Mr RAM GUY. Thank you so much for your answer. Sorry for not been as fast as you in my reply. This was strange course now when I after some time made a new CPU-Z Report in HTML all the memory modules suddenly have the same manufacture ID (7F7F9E0000000000). I send you the CPU-Z Report in a e-mail so you can see for your self, much easier for you in that way. http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/big_standart/hi.gif WOLF.
