Flash Voyager 16gb disconnects and reconnects over and over

We can try and replace the drive but if its only happening in Windows 7 it may not be the drive.

If you want to get an RMA please use the link on the left and we can try and replace the drive.

 

I would check for a BIOS update from the MB maker and also check for the latest chipset drivers.

I am sorry but there is no easy way for us to replace it for another part, I would try the reseller and see if they will let you return it. Then you can get the Survivor. Or we will be happy to replace it if you like, please use the link on the left to request an RMA.

They said that the warranty says that they can't replace the flash drive with a diffrent model. But I read the warranty and nowhere could I find anything about not being able to replace with a diffrent model. So I asked 'where' in the warranty that it says so, and i've yet to hear a reply...
