For 13-14 bucks Cosair will have it by the 13th of SEptember. 3-5 days costs like 45 bucks. How much did I pay for the 450 again? Looks like I will be down without power for probably a month I bet. andremestre
omg... Corsair wants me to call them and request an andvanced RMA. They want to send me a new one, but have a hold on my credit card until i don't send the old one. WTF? I'm in portugal i need to pay HUGE phonebills just to call corsair, They'll have a hold on my credit card, that is stupid and i don't agree a thing... Corsair could just call the store, telling them i was there and give me a new power supply and i would left the old one in the store. But, PAYING HUGE PHONEBILLS, HAVING A HOLD ON CREDIT CARD, HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PACKAGES... omg what a premium brand. i paid 71€ to have a good and reliable PSU. Wired
Instead of calling them, email them. He said that was the fastest way, not the only way. They put a hold on the CC so that people don't scam them and get a drive for free. The store won't listen to Corsair. The store doesn't deal with Corsair's warranty, only their own. The distributor on the other hand may work more directly with Corsair's warranty, not sure.
andremestre
Isn't there a way that when the power supply arrives i handle it to the mailman and he can send it to you?
