Should I change the memory?

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H

and currently using CMD4GX3M2A1600C9

(overclocked from 667 to 800)

Thinking of replacing the memory with Corsair XMS CMX4GX3M2A1600C7 7-8-7-20 for the better memory timings.

Anyone tried the Corsair XMS with this Gigabyte motherboard?

The Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H mobo is listed in the memory configurator. The memory you have and the one you're looking to change to are both intended for Intel mobos not for AMD mobos. The link below from the Corsair memory configurator shows a number of options for your AMD board.
