djneob2b Posted August 1, 2010 Share Posted August 1, 2010 Hi there, i need some help, i just had an upgrade from Foxconn Blackops Mobo To A Asus P7P55D-E Mobo and i was just about to fit my Corsair H50 Hydro Series and the back plate for it is snapped and its never been used, i have only had the cooling product for only 3 months and im gutted because im sitting next to my pc in bits all over the place for the new rebuild and stuckn now as this back plate is broke :( is there anything i can do as it is still under 12 month warinty, PLEASE HELP! andyvee Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I think you'll find all the Corsair peeps are still sleepybyes as their in the states but i'm sure one of them will be around later on and advise you to do an rma and then they'll send you a new plate out .
