Case #1527953

I was not sure if I can be directed to the correct information about my case #, but I figured I would try and maybe I can be given some more info.


I sent in my RAM sticks and got an e-mail stating that my parts had been received. However, it has been one entire week and I have not been given any additional information on when would be a good idea as to when I will get my replacement.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have sent them a message to contact you but it may be faster if you contact them directly.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please contact our customer service or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
