Hello,

 

I make a post here because i cant have an answer with email.

 

I got a RMA 1169381 for my 2 kits of Dominator. I have sended these memory and the deliver arrived Thuesday 17th 2010 at 12:10 and was taked by Mr Ru***** R. (I dont write it).

 

I can give you some clues about the traking number if needed.

 

Since the 17th, my case wasnt update about receiving any deliver and I'm really worried.

 

Please, can someone tell me something about my case ?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

I have sent them a message for you but it would be best if you contact them for fastest service.
