No Response from Corsair after 6 days

Sent RAM from Canada to Corsair last week. According to the tracking website, "arrived in destination country on Jun 10th". But the Corsair Tech support Express page still shows

"Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received"

 

RMA number and CASE number are clearly marked on the envelope.

 

Has my RMA been lost?

You can contact Customer Service and they can update your status. In some cases, the computer updates fall a bit behind the actual RMA progress. Also, keep in mind that 2 of these days are weekend days.

IN addition, the post office from Canada is only reporting that it was delivered to the USPS in US not that it was delivered to us. It takes about 10-15 days from what I have seen in the past to actually get here. It will have to clear DHS checks before its actually released for delivery from what I understand. But for sure calling our customer service will be the best source of up to date information.
