RMA Status: TSX 1473884

I ordered an advanced replacement for my ram which I have received, but the RMA status for the faulty RAM that I returned has not been updated.

 

According to royal mail it was delivered in NETHERLANDS on 19/05/10.

 

Tracking number:RJ619709226GB

 

I'd like to know what's going on, so I can have some idea of when I'll have my money back.

 

I would call your offices again, but international calls aren't cheap.

Sent off the e-mail at 9pm BST, received a reply from Jelaide with everything I wanted to know 30 minutes later.

 

This + the speedy shipment on my advance replacement makes me one very happy corsair customer :biggrin:
