Cant get TR3X6G1600C8D to run at 1600mhz

Hey guys, I have

Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D 6GB (3x 2GB) PC-12800 (1600MHz)

Gigabyte X58A-UD3R running F5 BIOS.

No matter what I do I cant get the memory to run above 1333mhz and boot into windows. There are several other threads with people complaining of the same problem, the only solution seems to be replace the memory with something else.

Can I return the memory to the place of purchase or do I have to RMA through Corsair? (I am in Australia and it would be a major hassle to send it back to the US).

Also in this memtest screenshot is shows the memory is PC3-10600 (down the bottom), doesn't 10600 mean its 1333 not the 1600 I paid for?

Thanks for your help Ram Guy :o:

Tested each stick as you described.

Two of the sticks wont boot to windows.

One stick seems to be ok, boots to windows at 1600mhz, survived Linx and an hour of gaming/surfing without any issues.

So... I have two dud sticks? Seems unlikely but possible I guess.
