getting the most out of 1600C7 DDR3

I have 4gb of 1600C7 DDR3 v3.1 (micron). I bought this ram a little while ago but recently put it into a new build. The problem I have is I don't know how to tweak it to make it run higher speed but lower timings. Im running them in a EVGA 790i & e8500.

They have an XMP mode of 1600 7-7-7-18 @ 1.9v. I can run it at 1666mhz 7-7-7-18 1T @ 1.9v or 1815mhz 8-8-8-27 2T @ 2.0v but almost anything above that the system wont boot. What timings should I relax to get them to run @ 2000? im willing to accept less speed in favour of tighter timings but I want to run as high a bus as I can for the CPU.

I have managed to get it to 1820 8-8-8-25 2T @ 2.0v

The problem I have is knowing which timings to relax. As far as I have found out the Micron chips being used by these sticks scale well.

Also I have been able to push my CPU to 4.4ghz in the past so its not causing any problems running around 3.8ghz.
