My RMA replacement Voyager 16GB is disconnecting itself

My first 16GB Voyager works great for about 2 months and suddently came up with I/O error.

 

Contact RMA and got a replacement few weeks later.

 

Now I received the replacement and have it for just few days, it starting to disconnect itself. Tested on XP/Win7/PS3 to confirm it's the drive.

 

I am starting another RMA process. However, if I have to keep on sending the drive back, I might as well go out and buy another drive. :roll:

 

This is the first time I bought a Corsair Flash memory (well, I bought other products and never have problem before), please don't make it the last one. :laughing:
