vweimer
I have a 16GB Voyager it has always worked perfectly. I got it out the other day and plugged it in and it won't show up in explorer. Windows detects the device and says it is loading the USB drivers for the device. The drivers install successfully, but no drive. I have tried 4 different machines, same on all of them. Any thoughts, can I get this RMA'd. Is there anyway to get the data off of it?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 8, 2010 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 8, 2010 Does it show up in device manager? If so check in Disk manager and see what drive letter is assigned.
vweimer
I just plugged it in again and it showed up in device manager and explorer. Has not done that in weeks. So, I tried to copy my files off of it and about 95% of the way through it lost connection. I unplugged and replugged the drive and it does not show in explorer, but Device Manager is recognizing it as a "USBest USB2FlashStorage USB Device". Before when it recognized in explorer, Device Manager was listing it as a Corsair Storage device.
vweimer
Sorry, did not answer your question. It assigns E: as the drive letter, when it recognizes.
