Corsair Dominator GT RMA

Hello

 

One of my Dominator GT sticks of memory no longer functions. The part is TR3X6G2000C8GT. I wanted to put in a RMA request but could not find this part listed in the pull down menu. Is there another part # I should select? Thanks.

I sent my memory in for RMA and show that Corsair signed for it on Tuesday morning. However, the RMA status shows that the item has not yet been received. Does it normally take a few days for the status page to update? Thanks.

Yes it will take 48-72 Hours sometimes not including weekends and holidays.

 

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
