Wired
Should be an other option. If not, select your memory and in the notes mention you want to RMA the fan kit.

jdbaron25
I have the same problem. The middle fan on my CMXAF1 is getting louder and louder. I purchased it stand alone from my RAM. There is no support option that will allow you to select it by part number on the support screen. What is one to do?

jdbaron25
The Fan has a one year warranty, if you have had it less than that we can get it replaced. Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. When I attempt to complete that form, I have to select type of product. My choices are limited to Memory Module, Flash Memory, Power Supply, and SSD. I have check each one, and none have the part number available to pick the fan assembly. What could I be doing wrong? Wired
Select your memory and then put in the notes that you only want to RMA the fan.
jdbaron25
I tried that and they opened an RMA for the memory itself. I did post back a note that it was for the fans, so I will have to see if it is adjusted. Thanks for the quick reply.
