I'm working on a new PC build, i will kown if can use Corsair CMX8GX3M4A1600C9 (4 X 2go) on Asus M4A79XTD EVO Motherboard with AMD Processeur Phenom II X4 955.

Not recommended. That kit is tuned to Intel Socket 1156 i7 and i5 platforms. Furthermore, there is no 8GB 4-module kit available in the 1600 speed designed for AMD Phenom II platforms at this time. The only 8GB 4-module kits available for AMD platforms currently available run at only 1333 speed, such as the CMX8GX3M4B1333C7 kit.
