prox666
Hello everyone When i connect memory as shown in manual and enter bios to set it on dual-chanell on 1066 mhz system freezes on memory test , if i connect it on dual-chanell 800 mhz it randomly pops blues screen on starting random operations and if i put it on 800 mhz in unganged mode it works more-less normal but still with problems of blue screen .1066 mhz on unganged mode is same problems as in ganged one . Is there anything I can do that doesnt involve buying new parts ? Thank You for your time
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 23, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 23, 2010 With your CPU you are limited with 1066MHz to one module per channel. I would recommend testing each module individually at 1066MHz 5-5-5-18-2T 2.1v and testing with memtest. Please let us know the results.
prox666
Thank You for reply . I tested both of memory modules with spec as you said . One memory module passes all tests without a problem , but other one is starting to fail from test #2 to end .
RJLeong65
Thank You for reply . I tested both of memory modules with spec as you said . One memory module passes all tests without a problem , but other one is starting to fail from test #2 to end . Then it's time to RMA the entire pair.
