ed6698
I have followed what this guy has done in this youtube video when I set up my raid with my X64 drives. Using diskpart and sanitary erase to clean up the drives. Every time I have done this with my raid setup and reinstalled my image of Win7 my drives perform back to "as new" condition in raid. I use Win7 to make the image of my system before doing any of this. I have done this on several systems and it has worked every time without a hitch. http://Not allowed, please see the rules! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 16, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 16, 2010 Promoting other Manufacturers is not allowed and there is a sticky posted about this subject at the top of the SSD Thread.
ed6698
Sorry if it appeared that way. I was not promoting another manufacturer. I was using that as a example to restore performance for a ssd drive that worked. I would not promote another drive as I do currently own 5 Corsair x64 drives. Sorry.
