Jtown
Hello, Been awhile since I posted - Was just hoping to get some clarification on some of the advanced memory settings in the ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe BIOS for the new package of TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX I bought a few months ago. I found this thread here by RAM GUY --> http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54052 which mentions my Motherboard specifically for many configures for Various Models of RAM you make, But I'm not seeing my specific RAM listed there and was wondering if you can provide those kind of detailed settings for my Memory Modules. I was going to use the the second one on the list(Testing parameters for Twinx/XMS2-6400C4D) as my starting point, as it's the closest to my Modules, but I was a little hesitant and thought maybe you guys could verify or provide exact settings for my configuration. Figure i'll just copy and paste from that link and then you can adjust them if any need changing for my specific modules. Motherboard make and model: Asus P5B, P5WD2 or M2N32-SLI Premium/Deluxe Each pair is tested and packaged together using the following settings: AI Over Clock Tuner: Manual CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 200MHz DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 800MHz PCI Express Freq: Auto PCI Freq: 33.33 Performance Mode: Standard DRAM Timing Selectable: Manual SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T SDRAM Write Recovery Time: 5 Write to Precharge Delay: 15 (If its Listed) Command Rate: 2T DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.1 CPU Core Voltage: Auto FSB Termination V: 1.50 V MCH Chipset V: 1.65V ICH Chipset V: 1.20V All other settings are motherboard defaults. Maximum DDR2 recommended VDIMM: 2.1 Volts Appreciate any help and info you can provide. Thanks soo much!
