Password and Case # do not match

So,

It's been 7 days since you received my defective RAM, and I tried to check my status today.

 

I get an error message stating my password and case # do not match????

 

This is strange, as it worked before when I checked it, and now I can't access it?

You guys won't answer the phone at 5:03 PM PST either.....

This place is a joke, here is the email you sent me, with the info to check my status, and I am getting an error message saying it's incorrect, nice site.

And what number did you call? Our customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday excluding holidays. So yes that s correct if you are calling our customer service they would have been closed. at 5:03 PM Pacific Time.

 

Also your log in and password worked for me as well.
