I get an error message stating my password and case # do not match???? This is strange, as it worked before when I checked it, and now I can't access it? Our customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday excluding holidays. So yes that s correct if you are calling our customer service they would have been closed. at 5:03 PM Pacific Time. Also your log in and password worked for me as well.
