f066457
Hi, Please excuse my english. Yesterday, my Corsair Flash Voyager 4Go Stopped working. At home, when I plug it, I got my drive letter and I can see folders for few seconds. After a while (2 or 3 seconds) the drive is unreadable, folders empty or inaccessible... :'( Each time I unplug and plug it again and I have the same problem. At work, I have the same problem. I tried to format it with windows but it says it is write protected... Properties said : - Free space : 0 bytes - Used space : 0 bytes What can I do ? What if wrong ? Something to try or my flash voyager is dead ? :'( Thank you
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 1, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 1, 2010 Please try and format the drive with the Format utility from the SD-CARD Organization. If that does not solve the problem then please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! Please remove the Memory Card and try again I tried another time and formatting is OK. When I copy files on it, after few seconds (between 2 and 10) drive stop working. Drive letter is still here, but no files :'( When I unplug and plug again, I can see files succerssfully copied. But for few seconds... I'm going to follow tour link. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 9, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 9, 2010 I have sent them a message and asked them to contact you ASAP, but it looks like there may be an issue with your address. It shows in North Carolina USA but I think you are not in the USA. I would suggest calling in and speak to them directly you can get the number from the contacts link in our main web site.
