Quenton
Is modular the only difference between the 850HX and the 850TX? I'm getting ready to build a new system in a tower case and cannot decide between the two. Suggestions?

MJinZ
If the larger size of the HX850, better efficiency, and modular plugs are worth it to you for the extra, go for the HX850. It depends on what you want, both get good reviews. If you have an Asus mobo, I'd go for the HX to be safe, as some people are complaining about TX950 and 850 having issues. I am going to order an Asus P6T Deluxe version 2 and read about the 950 issues. I prefer modular and it is worth a few $$$ extra to me. 850HX it is! Thank you for the replies.
