Took a quick picture of the current setup. Due to a shipping issue, I am still waiting for one of my Cooler Master Excalibur 120mm fans for my push/pull setup.

As you can see cable management is a joke in this case. It is hard to tell in this photo (3 dimensions would have been helpful for this photo), but the cables actually are tied and pulled out towards the case lid. This, for the most part keeps them away from the motherboard, etc.. and allows for decent airflow through the case. I am currently weighing the options and looking for a new case. I am leaning towards a Graphite 600T.

Sorry Corsair, had to mount the H50 upside down at an angle. Tried to reduce the stress on the tubing. Maybe in a roomier case I'll mount it correctly. Hey, just a thought if you sent me a 600T for free I would definitely mount it properly!

Edit: Just ordered the Corsair Graphite 600T! Can't wait to receive it.

Just in case anyone wanted to see temp differences. You can view the following spreadsheet which shows my preliminary findings. I have tried to document all temperatures with as many details as possible. So far my findings are that my Idle temps are slightly higher using the H50. However, you can see that while on load the H50 is able to stabilize the temperature and keep the CPU approx. 10 degrees cooler.

Some of the pics you guys are posting are outrageous. Your mods are something to be proud of.

I set mine up in a push/pull configuration using some quiet, (16DB) but strong (68.5 CFM) little white fans. All of them are exhausting air from the case. It keeps my i7 running cool.

Tried to post this pic, but don't know how to here. Sorry.

Here's my 902 prior to swapping out the h50 for a custom pieced together loop. This was my break into liquid... and it did the job and then some. I'll never go back to air!

Hi, I joined recently, but haven't posted yet, so I thought I'd start here :)

I've gotta say, there's some stunning rigs in this thread, 29 by Sound Rent is absolutely gorgeous, so clean and smart, and I'm hoping to start doing something similar with sleeving and colour matching, although I know it'll never look that good. (a guy can dream though huh?)

Anyway, here's mine, it isn't finished yet, but it is running beautifully thus far. You'll have to excuse the blurry pictures, I have high blood pressure which makes my hands tremble, add to this that I'm using a x10 mini's camera doesn't help matters either ^___^

You may have noticed two PCI slot covers are missing, I used this case in an old build which had a discrete graphics card, and I'm no longer using it, but I will be putting in a new graphics card at some point and a dedicated sound card as well, which will plug those slot holes ^___^

Thank you very much, tbh, I am never satisfied with the cabling job on this computer, it still looks a bit messy to me, I guess I'm just OCD about it xD

And thank you, it is a nice case, about the nicest I could find in its price range too, although I really wanted the next model up, but they had run out of stock, and no wonder, for the Z9 plus it was cheaper than the Z9. Bloody figures huh? xD

Nice build you have btw, it's a NZXT case I think? Would love to see the whole thing in somewhere with good lighting, but w/e, it's still nice

Just noticed that you mentioned the case in your sig :p:

I hate cables too, i can get OCD about them, was looking at some braided cables to match the colour of my case (if you can't hide them then the next best thing is to make them look nice :) ) but that still costs money, i may get round to it ... someday. I think the inside of a build should look as good (if not even better) than the outside xD

Yea its the NZXT Phantom Red and White edition

(The red and white edition i found cheaper then the normal models, so i know where your coming from with the Z9 plus xD)

I've been looking at braiding mine too, and I've seen a plain black kit for about 30/40 dollars I think? I can't remember where I saw it, but it wasn't that bad a price, but the white, red and blue kits are a bit more, but it's not prohibitively expensive, you just have to make sure you don't screw up and waste any xD

I've got another build, which is my old system, a core i5 750, ga-p55m-ud2 and a famous competitors (Not mentioning names) RAM, hint, their name begins with a C xD along with a HD5750 1GB, and it's a kick *** system, but the case is effin ugly, it's an old Dell Dimension 2300, and I want to mod it so bad, but I haven't got the dosh atm :(

It's a nice case, and I saw that you modded the side panel for leds? Looks sweet, I wouldn't mind that, but it'd have to be really subtle, and look good against black and white.

I would have loved a Corsair Obsidian series or a Carbide series case, but they're like 200+ dollars or so, and I don't have that kind of money to splash on one :(

And you must've dropped on lucky to get that NZXT cheaper than the normal model, especially with how nice it looks :)

I found a couple of sleeving kits at Watercooling UK:

Frozen White http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/Frozen-White-Cable-Modders-High-Density-Braid-Sleeving-Kit-Medium_29473.html

and Jet Black http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/Jet-Black-Cable-Modders-High-Density-Braid-Sleeving-Kit-Medium_29021.html

They're in pounds for me, so you'll probably have to convert to dollars if that's the case. But even so, that's still pretty cheap :)

Here's a connector removal tool kit as well http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/Phobya-PSU-Molex-Modding-Toolkit-Braiding-Tool_848.html
